Senior Industrial Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our team in person at our San Francisco studio. This is a hands-on, full-time role for a creative leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment. You’ll lead client projects, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the development of beautiful, manufacturable, and user-focused products from concept to production. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and outstanding visualization skills.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Industrial Design, with a degree in a related field.

• A portfolio that demonstrates world-class aesthetics, original thinking, and a clear design process

• 3D Modeling skills - preferably in Solidworks

• 2D skills, including sketching, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keyshot.

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes for both hard and soft goods.

• Capacity to develop and articulate compelling brand and design strategies.

• Deep awareness of global trends, technology, and style.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience designing products in the luxury, beauty, or furniture space

• Familiarity with sustainability practices and materials

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
